Qualifications

Jessica has completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Science.
Jessica is a current member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Therapeutic Orientation

Jessica takes an empathic and thoughtful approach, focusing on truly understanding her clients’ experiences and perspectives. She values building a genuine connection and creating a safe, supportive space.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based treatments, using approaches that are supported by scientific research. Jessica is committed to ongoing learning and regularly explores new and effective ways of working with both adults and adolescents. (Learn more about therapy here).

Her main therapeutic approach is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and she also has training in mindfulness, EMDR, and DBT.
