At Darvell Psychology, we believe that psychological services should be accessible and supportive for everyone. Each therapy session is 50 minutes in length and provides a safe, confidential space to focus on your wellbeing.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session, for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year. This rebate increases once you reach the Medicare Safety Net, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses even further (read more).

 

Individual 50 minute session: $265* (Medicare rebate $145.25) out of pocket cost $119.75

*Please mention to Jessica if have a health care card or pension card as concession fees are available.

Sessions are available in person at our Belmont, Geelong practice or online via secure telehealth, giving you flexible options for accessing support.

Darvell Psychology also accepts funding through TAC, WorkSafe, NDIS, and DVA.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $170 cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment without notice (a no-show) will incur the full session fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Where face-to-face attendance is not possible (e.g., due to illness), a telehealth appointment will be offered at the scheduled time where clinically appropriate.
