Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $170 cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (a no-show) will incur the full session fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Where face-to-face attendance is not possible (e.g., due to illness), a telehealth appointment will be offered at the scheduled time where clinically appropriate.
